Description

The complex itself is located about 50 km from the city and just going there to see the monastery would be boring, since with the right approach everything takes 3-4 hours.

Therefore, to saturate the day with emotions, we start with a visit to a real olive farm, which is located right at the foot of the mountain complex and which is more than 300 years old. Now there is an authentic restaurant on it, where dishes are prepared that people tasted hundreds of years ago

We have lunch for about 1.5 hours, and only after that we get to the mountain complex, where we walk, enjoy the beautiful views and visit the monastery with the main shrine – the Black Madonna. In general, it takes 5-6 hours and this tour costs 350€, lunch and other possible costs (cable car lift 12€/person, purchase of souvenirs, olive oil, cheeses) are not included in the price.
